We are hosting a series of talks and discussions at B Chord Brewing we are calling Tap Talks.
TapTalks: A series of presentations on topics by experts in their respective fields on important topics relevant to all of us. Each talk will be followed by an interactive Q&A.

The very first TapTalks will be presented by Tony Noerpel, engineer and inventor, on Monday February 11 6pm.

An Engineer’s perspective on Climate Change and Solutions

Tony Noerpel is a retired R and D communications engineer and inventor with 44 US patents. He founded Sustainable Loudoun in 2005 to educate the public on climate change. He writes a column for the Blue Ridge Leader.

The Science is clear that human-caused climate change is real and dangerous for humanity. It is not just a threat to our economy but to civilization. In fact the risk is existential. Scientists have done their job of warning us and Engineers are working hard on solutions. It is up to all of us to ensure policy such as a Green New Deal is implemented. Tony will discuss the science and describe a Green New Deal.
We have several other speakers on TAP to discuss important and interesting topics.  Please check out the B Chord web site.
